These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at riley-routes.com (the "Site"), operated by Riley Routes, Inc. ("Riley Routes," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site provides information about Riley Routes and the Variants API, a business-to-business service that generates multiple distinct output options grounded in a customer's own catalog data, each accompanied by a verification receipt. The Site also allows you to join a waitlist for the private beta.

2. The service is governed by separate agreements

Access to the Variants API and any related products or services is not provided through the Site. Any such access will be governed by separate written agreements between Riley Routes, Inc. and the customer. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, and joining the waitlist does not create any right to receive access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site.

4. Waitlist

Submitting your email address adds you to our private beta waitlist. We may contact you about availability, onboarding, and related updates. You may leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us at the address below. We make no commitment regarding the timing, eligibility criteria, or availability of the private beta.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its contents, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Riley Routes, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Riley Routes" and the Riley Routes logo are marks of Riley Routes, Inc. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; (b) access the Site using automated means, including bots and scrapers, except standard search engine indexing; (c) probe, scan, or test the security of the Site; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site or our services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

8. Third party links

The Site may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RILEY ROUTES, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Riley Routes, Inc. regarding use of the Site.
