This Privacy Policy describes how Riley Routes, Inc. ("Riley Routes," "we," "us," or "our") collects and handles information through the website located at riley-routes.com (the "Site").

1. Information we collect

Waitlist information. When you join our private beta waitlist, we require your name, work email, company, your role, and what you are building. You can also answer optional questions about which model providers you use today, how many options per request you need, how large a catalog or dataset you would ground against, and anything else you would like us to know. We use this information as described in Section 2 and retain it as described in Section 5.

Technical log data. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these logs for security and operations.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. It sets first-party cookies and collects pages viewed, referring website, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and basic interactions such as scrolling and outbound link clicks. We use this to improve the Site and to measure which channels bring people here.

Cookies and tracking. We use first-party analytics cookies as described above. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies on the Site.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to: operate and secure the Site; understand how the Site is used and how visitors find it; manage the private beta waitlist; contact you about availability, onboarding, and product updates; and comply with legal obligations.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use information submitted through the Site to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Service providers

We use Google Cloud to host the Site and store waitlist submissions, Google Analytics to measure Site traffic, and standard email service providers to send messages. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as it is relevant to the private beta program, or until you ask us to delete it. Server logs, which include IP addresses, are retained for up to 30 days by our hosting provider. Event-level analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months. Aggregated traffic data that does not identify individual visitors may be retained longer.

6. Your choices

You can leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us at the address below. You can also ask us to access or delete your information, and we will honor verified requests within a reasonable time. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Where we operate

Riley Routes, Inc. is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
